Todd M. Parco, DDS. (Board Certified Pediatric Dentist)
Dr. Parco earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago before completing a two year residency in pediatric dentistry. During his residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis , Dr. Parco was the Chief Resident in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Parco is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and maintains active status in numerous professional organizations. He holds hospital privleges and performs dental surgeries at Mountain View and Memorial Medical Centers. Dr. Parco is proud of promoting the Children's Dental Clinic philosophy of treating kids with kindness and respect while he performs high-quality dental services. His energy and smile is absolutely contagious and he can be seen giving kids "high-fives" and talking to them about teeth throughout the day while in the clinic. He promotes the idea of positive reinforcement and believes that every child can actually look forward to going to the dentist.
As a pediatric dental specialist, he understands the challenges many families have with developmentally disabled children and gladly welcomes them for treatment at the Children's Dental Clinic of Las Cruces.
When time allows, Dr. Parco enjoys the streams in the Rocky Mountains, fly fishing and piloting small aircraft.
Dr. Karen C. Misla DDS Dr. Misla is a native of Michigan and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1987. After leavig Michigan she practiced in California since 1990 before moving to New Mexico. She has focused on practicing on children and adolescents since 2007 in New Mexico. Dr. Misla has three school age children she is enjoying raising. Family activities include camping, hiking, and anything related to the outdoors. She is active as the committe chair for her son's Boy Scout Venture Crew.
Dr. Kenneth E. Knott, DDS Dr. Knott received his Doctor Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1974. Dr. Knott served in the US Air Force Dental Corp for two years, followed by twenty-seven years dedicated to the practice of general, family dentistry. In 2001 Dr. Knott retired from private practice and since has focused on children and adolescent dentistry in various capacities. A native of Ohio and California, Dr. Knott and his wife, Darla have spent most of their adult lives in Colorado. They have recently relocated to Las Cruces and are excited to make Las Cruces home and explore the Southern New Mexico area. Dr. Knott and Darla have four children and nine grandchildren. So spending time with family is important as well as leisure traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. Jeanine M. Samperi, DMD Dr. Samperi grew up and lived in New York State and relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 2003. She graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2010. She enjoys living in the Southwest and came to the Las Cruces area when her husband, a captain in the U.S. Army DENTAC unit, was assigned to Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. She has an 8-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old stepson and likes to spend free time with her family. Dr. Samperi loves to laugh and to make coming to the dentist a positive experience for your people, Dr. Samperi feels it very important that a constructive dental relationship gets established early on so that children can grow up into adults who understand the importance of good oral health.
